Start-Up Visa Program
- The Start-Up Visa “SUV” Program consists of 3 streams
- Venture Capital – A group must invest $200,000 into a qualifying business
- Angle Investor – A group must invest $75,000 into a qualifying business
- Business Incubator – Business Incubator selects and approves applicants to develop a business concept or proposal
- The Business Incubators stream has many preferred benefits for the applicant
- CSUV: Qualifications
- Have basic proficiency in English or French CLB 5 or greater
- 2+ years of post-secondary education (would be beneficial but not required}
- Business ownership or management experience (would be beneficial but not required)
- Be minimum age 21 (no maximum age)
- Have a minimum $500,000 in family net worth
- Incorporate a company and intend to develop a business concept or idea in conjunction with our business incubator
- Cannot be inadmissible to Canada for medical, security or criminality reasons
- Fast, simple, and straightforward program
- Salam Toronto will develop the business concept and manage the complete process
- The Permanent Residence Visa is not tied to the performance of the business concept
- Small upfront payment, with the balance required after issuance of the Letter of Support
- CSUV leads directly to Permanent Residence
- Applicant and family can live anywhere in Canada
- Qualifications are flexible and many applicants qualify for CSUV
- PR visa processing time is 12 months
- Works only with government-approved Business Incubators
- Ensure the Applicant meets the CSUV qualifications
- Develops a creative business concept with input from the Business Incubator
- Prepares the applicant for the interview with the business incubator
- Following a successful interview, obtain the Letter of Support
- Review and assist with the WP and PR application
- Prepare a cover letter unique for each client and monitor the immigration process
- Undertake any legal challenge to ensure success all for all clients

- Our personalized attention will commence upon the review of the initial assessment to the business concept, client preparation for interview, and issuance of the Letter of Support
- Salam Toronto will review the immigration applications and monitor the federal processing.
